These are not fitness classes. They are somatic experiences that support reconnection with the body through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and creative expression.

Each class offers a different pathway back into balance.

Whether you join once a week or develop a regular practice, these experiences are designed to support sustainable self-care in everyday life.

A Different Kind of Class Experience

Many classes today focus on intensity, performance, or perfecting a pose.

The classes and creative offerings at my vitae take a different approach.

These guided group experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and emotional balance. Through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and creative exploration, each session creates space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Rather than pushing the body, these experiences invite you to listen to it.

From that place, vitality can return naturally.

A Different Kind of Class Experience

Classes and creative offerings at my vitae are guided group experiences that may include elements of:

  • breathwork

  • sound experiences

  • mindful movement practices such as qigong

  • meditation and stillness

  • sensory awareness and nervous system regulation

Every facilitator brings a unique approach, but all offerings share the same intention: supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, release tension, and restore balance.

Our weekly schedule includes a range of somatic and mind–body experiences designed to support relaxation, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Arriving for Class

All classes begin 15 minutes after the hour.

This allows time to arrive, settle into the space, and transition out of the pace of daily life before the session begins.

Arrival is considered part of the experience.

Lis offers Fascia Flow classes designed to guide people from tension and stress into clarity, presence, and freedom.

Stephanie Heartsong

Stephanie Heartsong is an Ontario Certified Teacher, Sound Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Yoga & Meditation guide with a mindful movement practice rooted in Qigong.

Heather Dianne

Heather Dianne is a healing artist and movement guide offering Healing Belly dance and Yin Restorative classes grounded in mindful movement, meditation, and conscious rest.

Renata Chubb

Heather Dianne is a healing artist and movement guide offering Healing Belly dance and Yin Restorative classes grounded in mindful movement, meditation, and conscious rest.
