These are not fitness classes. They are somatic experiences that support reconnection with the body through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and creative expression.
Each class offers a different pathway back into balance.
Whether you join once a week or develop a regular practice, these experiences are designed to support sustainable self-care in everyday life.

Many classes today focus on intensity, performance, or perfecting a pose.
The classes and creative offerings at my vitae take a different approach.
These guided group experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and emotional balance. Through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and creative exploration, each session creates space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
Rather than pushing the body, these experiences invite you to listen to it.
From that place, vitality can return naturally.

Arriving for Class
All classes begin 15 minutes after the hour.
This allows time to arrive, settle into the space, and transition out of the pace of daily life before the session begins.
Arrival is considered part of the experience.
