How do I book services, classes, or events?

Bookings for services, classes, and Prana Salt Room experiences can be made directly through our online booking platform. If you’re unsure where to begin, you’re welcome to contact us at hello@my-vitae.com and our team will guide you.

What kinds of experiences does my vitae offer?

my vitae offers classes, workshops, holistic health services, sound immersion, breathwork, meditation, somatic-based practices, and community gatherings designed to support vitality, nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection.

What is the Prana Salt Room?

The Prana Salt Room is a Himalayan salt sanctuary designed to support calm, breath awareness, and deep rest. Sessions may be booked for solo use or shared with a guest.

Is parking available?

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests and practitioners.

Ticketed Events

What is your ticketed event cancellation policy?

• 7 days or more before the event — full refund
• Between 48 hours and 7 days — credit note toward any my vitae offering
• Less than 48 hours — no refund or credit

Exceptions may be considered in cases of severe illness or force majeure at the discretion of my vitae.
Private Gatherings

What is included in a private rental?

Private rentals include access to the selected space during the confirmed rental period and use of available in-house equipment (tables, chairs, sound system where applicable).

Setup, teardown, promotion, and guest supervision remain the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A booking deposit is required to secure your event date. Full payment terms are outlined in your rental agreement.

Can I bring catering?

Light catering may be permitted depending on the space and type of event. Details are reviewed during the inquiry process.
Corporate Experiences

Do you offer corporate wellness programming?

Yes. We design curated corporate experiences tailored to your team’s goals. Please visit our Corporate Experiences page to submit an inquiry.
Practitioner Room Rentals

Are practitioner rooms available to the public?

No. Treatment rooms are available by application to independent practitioners.

What does practitioner room rental include?

Rental includes exclusive use of a furnished treatment room and access to shared amenities. Practitioners operate independently and are responsible for their own clients, licensing, records, insurance, and business operations.
