The classes and creative offerings at my vitae take a different approach.

These guided group experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and emotional balance. Through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and creative exploration, each session creates space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Rather than pushing the body, these experiences invite you to listen to it.

From that place, vitality can return naturally.

A Different Kind of Class Experience

Classes and creative offerings at my vitae are guided group experiences that may include elements of:

  • gentle and restorative yoga practices

  • breathwork

  • sound experiences

  • mindful movement practices such as qigong

  • meditation and stillness

  • sensory awareness and nervous system regulation

Every facilitator brings a unique approach, but all offerings share the same intention: supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, release tension, and restore balance.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your class begins!

This allows time for check-in, getting settled and landing in the space. We strive to have an environment that respects the class’s container.
