Class Schedule

In Motion is a guided movement practice that invites you to reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Rooted in traditional yoga postures and breath awareness, this class offers structure while creating space for curiosity, exploration, and self-discovery. Rather than striving for a perfect shape, you’ll be encouraged to cultivate curiosity and deepen your relationship with yourself.

This practice helps to deepen body awareness, improved mobility, reduced stress, enhanced nervous system regulation, and a greater sense of connection to yourself.

By learning to listen to your body rather than override it, you can build trust, resilience, and a deeper sense of ease both on and off the mat.

This class opens energy, creates space within the body, and helps you reconnect with yourself through mindful movement and breath.

In Resonance is an immersive sound journey designed to guide you inward through the transformative power of sound and frequency.

Each class begins with a grounding practice, including gentle breathwork and intention setting, creating space to arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you’ll be invited to go inwards as waves of sound from crystal singing bowls and other instruments wash through the space, offering an experience of deep listening, reflection, and restoration.

Sound can evoke memories, emotions, and sensations, intentional and help us access parts of ourselves that words often cannot reach. Throughout the journey, you may notice moments of tension and release, challenge and ease, strain and resolve.

Many people leave feeling more grounded, clear, connected, and deeply nourished.

Movement, Mantra & Mudra Meditation is a calming and restorative class that blends gentle soma-movement, mudras (intentional hand positions), mindful breathing, intention, and guided meditation to help you reconnect with yourself.

At times, a mantra chant, sound healing elements, or calming facilitator-led SoundPlay™ experiences may be woven into class to deepen relaxation and presence. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace while exploring simple practices that help release tension and create a greater sense of ease.

Movement, Mantra & Mudra Meditation may help support stress relief, emotional balance, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, relaxation, improved focus, body awareness, and overall well-being. Regular practice may also support better sleep, greater resilience, emotional clarity, and a deeper sense of calm and connection in daily life. Many participants leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more centred within themselves

Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong) is a gentle mind-body practice that literally means “cultivating life energy” or “working with energy through practice.” Combining slow flowing movement, mindful breathing, posture, and focused awareness, Qi Gong Flow offers a calming and restorative way to release tension, improve energy flow, and reconnect with body and mind. Often described as “meditation in motion,” this gentle evening practice relaxes and restores balance after the day.

Expect slow, easy-to-follow movements, calming breathwork, gentle stretching and grounding practices. This evening Qi Gong Flow class is designed to help you unwind, quiet the mind, release tension, and settle the nervous system in a welcoming and supportive environment. Classes are adaptable, allowing you to move comfortably at your own pace while learning how this energy aligning form of exercise can support calm, balance, and inner ease.

Ecstatic yoga combines stretching with freestyle dance to allow our bodies the space to feel more free and alive.

If you’re carrying the weight of a life that hasn’t left room to feel anything, expect to walk out feeling cracked open. Not fixed, not performing wellness, just… human again.

It’s good for anyone who has gone numb. Who has been so busy holding everything together that they forgot what it feels like to just be in the body. This class gives you permission to feel again.

During this deeply relaxing experience, you will lie comfortably with an eye mask while being immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. As the sound waves move through the body, many people experience a profound sense of calm, relaxation, and release.

Every experience is unique. Some people feel tingling sensations or energy moving through the body, some drift into a deep meditative state or fall asleep, and others may experience an emotional release such as tears. Whatever arises is simply your body’s natural way of restoring balance and releasing what is no longer needed.

Sound healing has been used in various forms for thousands of years across many cultures to promote relaxation, meditation, and overall well-being. The pure tones of crystal bowls help quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and create space for deep rest in a world that rarely slows down.

No experience is necessary. Simply lie back, relax, and allow the sound vibrations to guide you into a state of rest, restoration, and inner peace

My unique blend of myofascial release, informed by my Thai Massage background. Exploring mobility as tools such as massage balls, rollers and dowels are applied to points on the Sen lines using your own body weight.

Whether you love the intensity of a deep tissue massage or a more gentle fascial release, you are in control of how much body weight you apply. Leave feeling as though you attended a yoga class without the effort!

Yoga Nidra is a NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Relaxation) guided meditation technique where practitioners lay or sit comfortably as they are taken through a journey through the Koshas: the different aspects or layers of self awareness, such as breath and the physical body.

Leave feeling as though you’ve had a deeply nourishing nap.

NSDR allows one to access the Theta brain waves of deep sleep, while fully aware. It is believed to be a powerfully restorative practice that awakens the creative potential, creates memories and processes emotion.

Opening with breath awareness, this is a blend of yoga stretches and mobility movements delivered in a somatic flow that ends in savasana and sound (tuning forks or the wave applied to each person).

To move at your own pace, exploring your own range of motion, creating space, and loosening up joints and muscles with fluid movements and deep stretches. Options are given for those unable to get to the ground, or kneel down.

Consistent mobility and flexibility practice (stretchin) work toward improving joint pain, flexibility and mobility. This class invites you to give yourself permission to explore and enjoy how your body moves in this moment, meeting yourself where you are.

A Restorative Yoga practice. There is no right or wrong way to hold poses in this class. Let go of preconceived notions of yoga asana, and allow the body to open up in comfortably supported poses held for 3-5 minutes to the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls. All asana are done lying down – your comfort and safety are the only aim.

A deeply relaxing experience that leaves you feeling gently stretched.

This class is designed as a nervous-system downgrade. I was trained by a psychotherapist in this modality, to guide practitioners into a practice that makes them feel safe, held, and met where they are in the moment.

A gentle, guided creative arts class that uses painting, drawing, and other expressive activities to help you connect with your inner world. You do not need to be an artist or have any creative experience—just come as you are.

You’ll be guided through simple creative prompts and exercises designed to help you connect to your heart, explore, and express yourself freely. The space is supportive, relaxed, and encouraging.

Creative expression can be a powerful way to process emotions, reduce stress, deepen self-awareness, and give life to thoughts or feelings that may be difficult to put into words but can be left on the canvas.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Stress doesn’t live only in the mind.

It shows up in posture, breath, tension patterns, and the nervous system.

Our classes and creative offerings are guided group experiences designed to help the body settle, regulate, and restore balance.

These are not fitness classes. They are somatic experiences that support reconnection with the body through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and creative expression.

Each class offers a different pathway back into balance.

Whether you join once a week or develop a regular practice, these experiences are designed to support sustainable self-care in everyday life.

A Different Kind of Class Experience

Many classes today focus on intensity, performance, or perfecting a pose.

The classes and creative offerings at my vitae take a different approach.

These guided group experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and emotional balance. Through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and creative exploration, each session creates space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Rather than pushing the body, these experiences invite you to listen to it.

From that place, vitality can return naturally.

A Different Kind of Class Experience

Classes and creative offerings at my vitae are guided group experiences that may include elements of:

  • somatic movement

  • gentle and restorative yoga practices
