Please complete the Private Gathering Rental Application & Agreement below in full. Submission of this application serves as a formal rental request and does not confirm your booking.

All requests are subject to review for alignment with space availability, operational capacity, safety requirements, and venue policies. Your date is considered secured only once written approval has been issued and the required deposit has been received.

Facilitated or Ticketed Events

(For public offerings such as workshops, wellness events, speaker gatherings, sound experiences, and community programming.)

If you are hosting a public offering at my vitae, we offer two possible event structures.

Event Models at my vitae

We offer two pathways for hosting public offerings within our space:

Collaborative Revenue-Share Model

For facilitators whose offerings align with our programming vision and community, my vitae may enter into a revenue-share partnership structure. Revenue-share opportunities are extended at the discretion of my vitae following application review.

Independent Flat Rental Model

Facilitators who prefer to independently manage ticket sales, pricing, registration, and attendee communication may rent the space at a flat hourly rate.

Your preferred structure can be indicated within the Facilitated Event Rental Application. All submissions are reviewed prior to confirmation.
