Stephanie HeartSong is the founder of SoundPlay Works™, a certified Ontario educator, and a sound medicine practitioner devoted to transformation through sound, presence, and resonance. She is a Usui Reiki Master (6th Generation lineage, since 1999), a Qigong facilitator, and brings over 25 years of experience as a Hatha yoga and meditation teacher and spiritual mentor. Her work blends evidence-informed practices with intuitive insight to support emotional regulation, mental clarity, and a deeper spirit–self connection.

Through her work at My Vitae, Stephanie offers personalized and couple sessions grounded in Sonara Somatics™, a holistic, body–heart–mind coherence approach that integrates sound, breath, and energy awareness to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and authentic alignment.

Her sessions uniquely integrate therapeutic sound, breathwork, biofield tuning forks, Himalayan bowl sound massage, reflective coaching, and Soul-Life tarot readings. Each create a supportive, intentional space where individuals can relax, gain clarity, and embody lasting change.
