Herbal medicine transformed my life, and now I’m on a mission to share its power. As a Holistic Nutritionist and Herbalist, my passion for natural remedies began in my Maritime upbringing, learning from generations who healed with plants like plantain and chicory.

In my late 30s, facing a health crisis of hormone imbalance, chronic fatigue, and joint pain, conventional medicine fell short. I took charge, embracing natural remedies, personalized nutrition, and herbal protocols. Discovering the profound impact of wild yam cream was a turning point.

This experience led me to formalize my knowledge at Wild Rose College under Dr. Terry Willard. Today, I craft my own hormone-balancing wild yam cream and guide others toward healing with natural, plant-based solutions. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal and am here to help you rediscover the wisdom of natural medicine.
